One of the BootBus' first trips was in its hometown of Eugene. We set up the BootBus in a booth we had on vendor-lined 13th Avenue, which stretches through UO campus. Thousands of students check out the fair, which is held in October as well. We lost track of all the people who came up to talk about travel, sign up for a drawing we had going, and to find out what was up with the big green vee-dub van hanging out on the roadside.
We opened up the bus to people who wanted to sit in the driver's seat and get their picture taken. Here's some links to photos of people who stopped by:
